Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
∎ Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
∎ Provide insights to guide product development and marketing strategies.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.
∎ Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
∎ Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
∎ Develop and execute sales plans and initiatives to meet business objectives.
∎ Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, to make data-driven decisions.
∎ Develop and manage the sales budget for the assigned area.
∎ Ensure the efficient allocation of resources to achieve sales goals.·        Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns.
∎ Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to enhance marketing efforts.
∎ Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence.
∎ Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
