∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Beverage, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor the activities of the TSM, Distributors & DSRs.
∎ Ensure realization of online transaction against daily sales.
∎ Check accurately and approve TA/DA bills of the TSM.
∎ Train the Sales Forces regarding product knowledge and professional skill development.
∎ Monitor the competitor's activities and provide on time effective solutions of field sales force.
∎ Develop & implement effective sales strategies.
∎ Assist RSM to prepare and execute monthly and annual sales plan.
∎ Negotiate and settle agreements with critical customers.
∎ Identify and solve market related problems.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidates should have Leadership Skill, Inter personal relation skill, Communication Skill.
