Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in the same position (Area Sales Manager or equivalent designation) in the Pipes Industry.
Responsibilities & Context:
Setting sales targets for the concern area & territories.
Developing area sales strategies to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Monitoring SO wise daily secondary sales, delivery and collection.
Maintain and increase category-wise sales of the concerned territories and distributor-wise sales and performance.
Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to achieve daily targets.
Regular market visits with SO for coaching and developing them.
Collecting customer feedback for identifying problems & opportunities and providing prompt solutions to the customer.
Implement new product placement strategies and Implement all types of cost control and damage reduction strategies.
