∎ Masters in any discipline but MBA (Major in Marketing) will get preference.

∎ 5 to 9 year(s)

Business development, Corporate Marketing, Market Research, Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Multinational Companies, Sanitary ware, Tiles/Ceramic
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales budgeting, monitoring and policy formulating.
∎ To take responsibility to achieve targets both in volume and value.
∎ Responsible for overall planning, promotion and sales activities of the business.
∎ Manage sales team and guide them in achieving individual as well as company goal.
∎ Analyze market intelligence report to support business and strategic planning.
∎ Facilitate management team to review and evaluate business performance in business review meeting.
∎ Facilitate, control and coordinate the annual strategic sale planning process.
∎ Develop ideas and strategies to improve business and meet the company objectives through achievements.
∎ To apply different tools and techniques to achieve the sales target.
∎ Excellent leadership, take enormous initiatives and build up efficient Sales Team that will manage the corporate as well as the customers.
∎ Weekly and monthly report preparation and review.
∎ Regular and systematic credit management.
∎ Identifying prospective business and follow up same for materialization
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ He should be able to frequent travelling,
∎ Able to work extended hours on occasions when required,
∎ Efficient in MS Office, Excel and Internet usage.
∎ Should be elegant, energetic & have pleasant personality.
∎ Must have valid motorbike driving license
∎ Experience of serving at similar position in any Ceramics/Building materials manufacturing company and related field will be an additional advantage
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Attractive Salary and other fringe benefits will be offered to a desiring candidate.
