Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Masters degree in any discipline from a reputed Institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Brand Planning/ Development, Distribution/ Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Medical Representative, Sales

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor directly the progress of the sales target achievement of the area and responsible for sales achievement.
∎ Distribution of sales target among the TI and SR.
∎ Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
∎ Setting sales targets for individual raps and your team as a whole.
∎ Follow up the retail counters every day sales vs. target, floor stock and sales requisition.
∎ Monitor TI and SR attendance and tour plan.
∎ Monitor DP core data entry on ERP on daily basis and sales variance on weekly basis.
∎ Forecast and actual sales demand and ensure POS wise product and POP material availability.
∎ Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.
∎ Focus on advertisements of product to retailers, to regulate schemes & unique sale point of product (if necessary).
∎ Control strictly territory crossing.
∎ Visiting retail counters to know complains of consumers & retailers about product, trying to best in his level to solve it.
∎ Prepare daily/weekly/monthly report and submit to Zone in Charge and communicate with the Zonal office accordingly.
∎ Analyze sales and distribution data and take corrective actions.
∎ Finalize the competitors data base.
∎ Maintain liaison with local ROBI Officials.
∎ Persuasion day to day administrative & HR related works.
∎ Monitoring DP Compliance related work.
∎ Monitoring DP Accounts related work daily basis.
∎ Properly maintaining company Policy, Management Instruction & SOP.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 36 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Local Candidates will get preference.
∎ Supervision Skill
∎ Hardworking
∎ Good communication skill
∎ Good knowledge in MS Office suite.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and challenging environment.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 13000 - 18000 (Monthly)
∎ Handsome incentives based on performance, TA DA
