Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve the monthly, quarterly & yearly sales target of the assigned area through a team of Territory Managers.
∎ Monitor the daily tasks and activities of the TM/Sr.TM regularly.
∎ Provide ongoing training to the TM/Sr.TM; so that they possess adequate selling skills to make successful sales calls.
∎ Conduct regular market visits to check coverage, competitor activity & search for new opportunities.
∎ Conduct a customer relation management (CRM) program with your target Customers.
∎ Analyze the performance on a regular basis, take corrective actions, and submit reports to the concerned line manager accordingly.
∎ Organize the meetings as per plan.
∎ Maintain professional relationships with the Key Opinion Leaders of the assigned area.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 47 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Capable to lead a team of the company and willing to take challenges.
∎ Well conversant with MS Office applications.
∎ Excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English
Salary: Negotiable
