Responsibilities & Context:
  • Ensure sales target achievement by ensuring that the franchise partners are aware of franchise business model i.e Sales operations, store operations, replenishment, sales promotion, liquidation, furniture/fixture/asset management.

  • Conduct competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends in terms of product, price, trend & achieving market share across the area.

  • New financially strong, reliable franchisee acquisition for sales expansion and ensuring sustainable profitability of the franchisee partners.

  • Monitor channel sales & marketing activities; implementing effective strategies to maximize secondary sales and monitor product supply, sales and franchisees sales personnel’s proper training for better productivity.

  • Coordinate with franchisees to assist them for promotional offers pricing, product-mix, assortment, statutory requirements, IT support and store audit.

  • Monitor franchisees business strategy, analyze stock category wise sales thru and ensure timely availability of stocks at franchise stores through right forecasting.

  • Execute slow moving stock identification and liquidation plan for each franchisee.

  • Ensure inventory management through FIFO, aged merchandizing, and damaged products at franchise stores.

  • Review existing incentive schemes and suggest profit maximizing scheme/ policy improvements

  • Ensure sales officer are aware of with product, price, Apex policies, incentive schemes, procedures, promotion, statutory requirements and keep them updated whenever is required.

  • Ensure franchisee stores are equipped with Apex standard in-store experience i.e display, fixture, visual merchandise.

  • To lead and improvise workflow ensuring maximum productivity both for franchisees, sales team and sales officer.

  • Proactively forecasting non-performing/ non profitable franchisee partners through weekly and monthly visit and close accordingly where required.

  • Ensure availability of products to franchisees store for by ensuring on time product distribution as per the plan.
