Responsibilities & Context:
Set & Achieve Targeted Business Metrics: Daily/Monthly/Yearly sales targets. Explore & Onboard new Franchisees as per target.
Visit Franchisee Stores as per plan.
Coordinate with concerned for offer/Marketing for catchment communication & Visual Merchandise for In-store visibility.
Work with Franchisee for store`s sales revenue & profitability enhancements as per plan.
Ensure stock availability by category-wise & store wise and coordinate with the product management team.
Daily Monitoring of Business targets.
Formulate Instore Promotions.
Monthly Training Calendar for Franchisee Floor Staff.
