• Execute the Import process for both sea and air road by communicating with Bank, Insurance and CNF agent and other parties for ensuring smooth process.

• Maintain proper liaison and time to time communications for LC related documentation and shipment with concerned agencies, trade bodies, banks, shipping lines, C & F agents, transport agents, insurance companies, VAT department, production, store and product management department, etc for on time shipment.

• Maintain a complete report based on LC opening, Pay Order & Insurance for keeping up to date with the latest import details.

• Manage claims for loss or damage of goods as per the agreement with carriers and/or insurance company for reducing loss of goods.

• Communicate, manage and execute all activities for LC with enlisted Insurance companies.

• Facilitate & coordinate overall activities with enlisted banks for LC purposes.

• Ensure payment arrangements for LC to external providers on time.
