∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the education sector or community development.§  5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the education sector or community development.§  Proven experience in leading and managing teams in field settings.§  Strong understanding of educational frameworks and challenges faced by out-of-school children.§  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.§  Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.§  Experience in community engagement, mobilization, and advocacy.§  Ability to work in challenging environments and adapt to changing priorities.Desired Skills:§  Knowledge of education systems and practices, particularly in low-resource settings.§  Experience working in multi-stakeholder environments involving government, NGOs, and local communities.§  Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.§  Proficiency in local languages and familiarity with the area of operation is an advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Consolidated Tk. 69,878 per month and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
