∎ Post-Graduation. BEd/MEd will be preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee all project activities within your program area.
∎ Supervise the team members, providing operational leadership, technical support, and managerial guidance.
∎ Organize and facilitate Programme Organizers and Teachers training in collaboration with Education Officers.
∎ Participate in an initial school mapping exercise to select target communities within targeted areas.
∎ Collaborate on the development of area stakeholder meetings, seminars, and workshops.
∎ Ensure accurate financial and program reporting to the Project Director in accordance with agreed-upon work plans and financial plans.
∎ Direct research studies and monitoring activities in the respective areas.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates should have at least 5 years of working experience in the field of Non-formal Primary education with a similar position.
∎ ? Having a valid motorcycle-driving license and good skills in report writing in English and Bengali.
∎ ? Basic computer skills in MS Office.
∎ ? Oversee all project activities within your program area.
