∎ Maximum 45 years (Age is relaxed for more experienced candidates). Candidates should have at least 5 years of working experience in the field of Non-formal Primary education with a similar position.§  Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment with hard deadlines,§  Strong analytical skills and ability to manage and report complex information,§  Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, adaptability, and ability to work effectively as a member of a team;§  Ability to build and maintain relationships with partner agencies and key contacts in the government, civil society (coalitions,) and media sectors.§  Excellent in teamwork and networking. Good planning and coordinating skills., Good presentation skills, Excellent time management skills, Good monitoring and analytical skills, Good English communication skills, Strong background in donor reporting and documentation, and Excellent interpersonal communication skills.Good computer operating skills.§  Problem-solving and decision-making,§  Candidates should have at least 5 years of working experience in the field of Non-formal Primary education with a similar position.§  Having a Valid motorcycle-driving license and good skills in report writing in English and§  Oversee all project activities within your program area.§   Supervise the team members, providing operational leadership, technical support, and managerial guidance within your project.§  Organize and facilitate Program Organizers and Teachers' training in collaboration with GOB Education Officers.§  Participate in an initial school mapping exercise to select target communities within targeted areas.§  Collaborate on the development of area stakeholder meetings, seminars, and workshops.§  Ensure accurate financial and program reporting to the Project Director following agreed-upon work plans and end financial plans.§  Direct research studies and monitoring activities in the respective areas.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Jagorani Chakra Foundation (JCF) is a national voluntary social welfare organization. JCF is implementing Educate the Most Disadvantaged Children (EMDC) Project supported by UNICEF. To ensure the quality implementation of the project, JCF intends to recruit project staff from qualified candidates of Bangladeshi nationals.
∎ Job Responsibility:
∎ §  Oversee all project activities within your program area.§  Supervise the team members, providing operational leadership, technical support, and managerial guidance.§  Organize and facilitate Program Organizers and Teachers training in collaboration with Education Officers.§  Participate in an initial school mapping exercise to select target communities within targeted areas.§  Collaborate on developing area stakeholder meetings, seminars, and workshops.§  Ensure accurate financial and program reporting to the Project Director following.§  agreed-upon work plans and financial plans.§  Direct research studies and monitoring activities in the respective areas.§  Ensure close and effective collaboration with all key stakeholders (parents/caregivers, teachers and communities and other government committees, etc) and encourage their active participation in all project activities.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Tk. 67,416 per month, Consolidated and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
