Job Context:
∎ Jagorani Chakra Foundation (JCF) is a national voluntary social welfare organization. To ensure the quality implementation of the project, JCF intends to recruit project staff from qualified candidates of Bangladeshi nationals.
∎ Project name: Access to Inclusive Quality Education for Children from Families Living in Ultra Poverty and from Religious Minorities (ACCESS)
∎ The organization is seeking application from the appropriate and qualified candidate who has the nationality of Bangladesh and has the willingness to work with ultra-poverty and marginalized populations for Primary education-related projects at Gongachara & Pirgacha Upazila level in Rangpur.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise the activities of program Organizers, providing operational leadership, technical support and managerial guidance to them.
∎ Prepare operational plans and periodic reports.
∎ Developing, organizing, and conducting district-level training, workshops to share and disseminate project lessons and innovations.
∎ Overseeing the development of accurate and timely reports to donors and other concern authorities.
∎ Coordination of monthly action plan and team meetings.
∎ Providing operational leadership to the project, including oversight of the (logistics, personnel, development, transportation, and communication)
∎ Participate in initial school mapping exercise to select target communities within targeted areas.
∎ Ensure accurate and financial and program reporting in accordance with agreed-upon work plans and financial plans.
∎ Ensure proper supervision & Monitoring for smooth implementation of the project.
∎ Networking and coordination with Government and Non-Government organizations.
∎ Any other responsibilities are given by the organization from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 07 years of professional background in Primary Education.
∎ Minimum 40-50 schools supervised working experience in any Reputed Organization
∎ Minimum three (5) years' experience preferably with NGOs. Working experience on the donor-funded project will be given preference.
∎ Proven experience in administration management issues
∎ Excellent computer operation skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, email and internet browsing.
∎ Have to be gender-sensitive with sound knowledge and experience on gender issues.
Salary:
∎ Monthly salary BDT 30,000-32,000 (gross) with bonus and other benefits as per Project Budget.
