• A good human being, moderate spoken English, should have learning Attitude, a team player, willingness to work extra hour when company Needs.

• Must have time management skills.

• Software Required: Auto CAD, Sketch Up, 3D Max, V-ray, Lumion, Photoshop and Illustrator.

Skills & Expertise

• Architecture, Commercial health care,Hospitality ,Residential, Interior

• Skills in creating design concepts, floor plan layout and preparing 3D design.

• Preparing the Design Presentation to show the client.

• Site visits and assisting in interior supervision & follow-up.

• The applicants should have experience in creative Interior Design Solutions.

• Lumion, AutoCAD and Photoshop in Both interior and Exterior.

• Measurement collection by sub-ordinate from site for exclusive client and brief to

• contractor or carpenter on working drawing and site supervision. (If needed)

• The Architect must have strong capability on Residence Design, Office Design, Retail

• Shop Design, Restaurant Design, Hospital Design, Club Design, Exhibition Gallery

• Design, Stall Design and Stage Design with full working drawing.

• Client meeting & presentation.

• Any design related duties can assign by the management.

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior architects and design team members.

• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and construction techniques to continuously elevate TM Studio`s design standards.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery. Also make Estimating the project.

• Contributing to the development of the Business Development Strategy

• Actively seeking out new business opportunities, using network of industry contacts, and reaching to potential clients physically and over phone

• Collaborate with design teams to tailor proposals and solutions that align with client needs.

• Proactively building new business contacts through networking

• Knowledge in digital and social media marketing
