• Minimum 05 years of work experience as an Architectural Engineer/ Construction engineer or related field.

• Candidate have to Diploma/ B.Sc./ M.Sc. in Architectural Engineering with extensive knowledge in the relevant field.

• Proven experience in construction, highway, Airport, Stadium projects.Strong knowledge with understanding of construction processes, building codes, standards, regulations and structural components.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills able to speak in Chinese & English to communicate independently with higher management.

• If candidate has an educational background in mainland China, it would be preferable.

• Should have work experience as Architectural Engineer for construction projects.

• Develop structural designs for buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure, considering factors such as load-bearing capacity, materials, and construction methods.

• Select appropriate materials for structural components based on factors such as strength, durability, cost, and aesthetics.

• Ensure that designs comply with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.

• Develop detailed drawings and specifications for structural components, including foundations, columns, beams, and slabs.

• Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software and other engineering tools to create and analyze structural designs.

• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective measures.

• Collaborate with engineers and architects to resolve technical challenges and ensure project quality.

• Must be able to conduct effective training utilize machines & manpower properly to minimize cost and increase efficiency.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
