Strong technical drawing skills and a good understanding of design principles.
Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices is a plus.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with an eagerness to learn and develop.
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
A portfolio showcasing design and technical work is required for the application

Key Responsibilities:
Create innovative and customer-centric retail shop designs that align with the brand’s identity and business goals
Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings for retail spaces.
Preparing architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure compliance with design specifications.
Support the development of 3D models and visualizations using software like AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
Research materials, building codes, and construction methods to support project requirements.
Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate design ideas effectively.
Ensure all design solutions align with the company’s sustainability goals and meet local regulatory standards.
