ob Responsibilities (Detailed)

✔ Architectural & Interior Design Development

• Prepare innovative architectural and interior design concepts based on client requirements.

• Develop space planning, layout plans, elevations, sections, and detailed design drawings.

• Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and project specifications.

✔ 2D Drawing & 3D Visualization

• Prepare detailed working drawings using AutoCAD and other design software.

• Create high-quality 3D models, renderings, and presentation materials using SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, or similar software.

• Develop construction details, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, and material specifications.

✔ Project Planning & Documentation

• Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities), material specifications, and project reports.

• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and design documentation.

• Maintain project records and ensure proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

✔ Client & Team Coordination

• Attend client meetings to understand project requirements and present design proposals.

• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and project management teams.

• Communicate design updates and resolve technical issues during project execution.

✔ Site Supervision & Quality Control

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and design implementation.

• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

• Identify and resolve design-related issues during construction.

✔ Material Selection & Cost Optimization

• Assist in selecting suitable materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.

• Evaluate material samples and recommend cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding material requirements.

✔ Project Monitoring & Reporting

• Monitor project schedules and assist in ensuring timely completion of projects.

• Prepare progress reports and submit updates to management.

• Support project teams in achieving project objectives, quality standards, and client satisfaction.

✔ Health, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure all designs and site activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.

• Promote safe working practices and maintain professional standards at project sites.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in commercial, residential, industrial, office interior, factory, and corporate projects.

• Knowledge of construction methods, finishing materials, and furniture manufacturing processes will be an added advantage.
