∎ Skills Required: Auto CAD 2D 3D, AutoCAD, Interior Designing Detailing of Layout plans
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Design drawing, sketch up 3d, Strong technical knowledge of interior design
∎ Must be honest, dedicated, self motivated, proactive, energetic & punctual.
∎ Proper knowledge on Graphics design, Auto-CAD preferred
∎ The interior architect who has work experiences in any renowned architect firm will get extra priority Auto CAD Sketch Up Lumion Photoshop

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare the architectural drawings Responsible for producing architectural working drawings including all details
∎ Site visits and assisting in construction supervision
∎ Proficient time management to facilitate working on multiple projects simultaneously Follow-up and inspection during execution
∎ Capable of preparing details measurement, Drawing, Detailing of lay-out plan, design with Auto-CAD presentation 2D/3D preparation as per requirements of the Company. The applicants should have experience in creative Interior Design Solutions.
∎ Visit/Meet clients and work for increasing clients satisfactions as and when required. Prepare BOQ & Specification as per design-drawing.
∎ Giving assistance & co-ordination with the Project In-Charge& concerned person. Maintain correspondence with External Architectural Firms, if need.
∎ Other responsibilities to be assigned by the management from time to time.
∎ We are looking for experienced candidates for Interior Architect position who will be able to work for both furniture and Interior Solution.
∎ The candidate will be responsible for total decoration start to end with interior part and have to go anywhere in Bangladesh. S/He will be also responsible for designing. decorating & furnishing. Candidates who has experiences as interior architect to any architect firm are highly encouraged to apply.
