Additional Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of professional experience in architectural design and site coordination.
- Prior experience working on resort and/or hotel, Restaurant projects is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Strong sense of design, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural concepts, working drawings, 3D visualizations, and presentation materials.
Lead or contribute to the design of resort, hotel, Restaurant projects from concept through to completion.
Coordinate with structural, MEP engineers, and interior designers for integrated project delivery.
Conduct site visits and ensure design intent is maintained throughout construction.
Participate in client meetings and provide innovative, functional design solutions.
Prepare BOQs, tender documents, and ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., RAJUK, BNBC).
