Candidates from BUET, KUET, CUET, DUET, RUET, BRAC, IUB, Ahasanullah University are highly preferable.
Training / Trade Course: Auto CAD, Design and drawing, Furniture design.

Skills Required: Interior and Building Solutions.
Strong knowledge of 3D sketch-up & Lumion experience will be preferred.

Will have to travel frequently.
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context
Promote Architects & Construction is looking for a creative and inspired architect to handle projects from the initial client briefing through to the final stages of construction. The architect`s responsibilities include managing client relationships, developing and presenting design proposals, preparing drawings, specifications, budgets, construction documents, and managing project teams.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare architectural 3D modelling and 3D render works.
Prepare architectural 3D animation works.
Develop concepts and detailed design & drawings for interior and exterior residential and commercial projects.
Auto Cad presentation, 3D modelling presentation & power-point presentation.
Drafting & develop detailed AutoCAD planning & working drawings.
Graphical Design presentation.
Prepare As built drawings of the different residential & commercial projects.
Work with senior management seniors for project supervision & implementation.
Supervise ongoing projects periodically.
Perform every other task assigned by the management.
3D Animation in Sketch-up or Lumion (software).
3D render in Sketch-up or Lumion (software).
