• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.)/ Bachelor of Interior Architecture.

• Candidates from BUET, KUET, CUET, DUET, RUET, BRAC, IUB, Ahasanullah University are highly preferable.

• Training / Trade Course: Auto CAD, Design and drawing, Furniture design.

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Interior Design

• Age At most 35 years

• Skills Required: Interior and Building Solutions.

• Strong knowledge of 3D sketch-up & Lumion experience will be preferred.

• Architectural 3D visualization, 3D renders & 3D animation.

• Will have to travel frequently.

Job Context

Promote Architects & Construction is looking for a creative and inspired architect to handle projects from the initial client briefing through to the final stages of construction. The architect`s responsibilities include managing client relationships, developing and presenting design proposals, preparing drawings, specifications, budgets, construction documents, and managing project teams.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural 3D modelling and 3D render works.

• Prepare architectural 3D animation works.

• Develop concepts and detailed design & drawings for interior and exterior residential and commercial projects.

• Auto Cad presentation, 3D modelling presentation & power-point presentation.

• Drafting & develop detailed AutoCAD planning & working drawings.

• Graphical Design presentation.

• Prepare As built drawings of the different residential & commercial projects.

• Work with senior management seniors for project supervision & implementation.

• Supervise ongoing projects periodically.

• Perform every other task assigned by the management.

• 3D Animation in Sketch-up or Lumion (software).

• 3D render in Sketch-up or Lumion (software).
