Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) in Interior Design / Civil / Diploma in Architecture or Civil / Any Reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to supervise and monitor physically in site of Interior Design Projects.
∎ Ensuring quality of both material & civil work.
∎ Project Management, developing work plan, follow up and monitoring project implementation process.
∎ Materials estimation, store maintenance
∎ Preparing quality estimates and requisition for appropriate materials.
∎ Communicate with clients and contractors regarding changes,
∎ Good communication skills,
∎ Coordinate with the design team, coordinators, accounts team, procurement team, business development team, and submit reports and present the overall progress.
∎ Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.
∎ Knowledge of Auto cad Software.
∎ Working Knowledge of Excel spread sheets & word processing programs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skills.
