Position Overview
Otithee Properties Limited, a growing real estate and development company in Bangladesh, is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The Architect will be responsible for designing innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing residential and commercial projects while ensuring compliance with local regulations and client requirements. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and project coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural designs, concepts, and layouts for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
Prepare detailed drawings, plans, 3D models, and presentations.
Ensure all designs comply with BNBC (Bangladesh National Building Code) and other regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with civil engineers, project managers, and contractors for smooth project execution.
Review and approve construction drawings, materials, and finishing details.
Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation aligns with approved plans.
Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide design solutions.
Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of design outputs.
Stay updated with modern architectural trends, materials, and technologies.
