• Industry Experience:
• Proven track record working within a reputable Interior Design/Architectural Consultancy Firm is mandatory.
• Solid experience in detailed documentation for complex interior projects (e.g., Hotels).
• Excellent fluency in English (oral & written)
• Core Technical Skills:
• Interior Design Expertise: Strong skill and experience in high-quality interior detailing, design development, and translating aesthetic concepts into technical construction drawings.
• Documentation Mastery:

Proficient ability to prepare and review all stages of project documentation:

• Detailed ID Drawings.
• Specifications and Material Schedules.
• BOQ preparation.
• Tender and Construction Packages.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect with a strong focus on interior design and technical documentation to join our dynamic team. This role involves working under the supervision of the Design Manager/Management team to translate design concepts into precise, constructible packages and coordinate complex project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Design Manager/Management team and other consultants to develop and finalize the interior design packages.

• Prepare the comprehensive Interior Design (ID) detailing package from design development through to construction documents.

• Develop and maintain all aspects of the ID Details Package, including detailed ID drawings, elevations, sections, joinery details, and material specifications.

• Preparation of the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and detailed material specifications for interior projects, ensuring accuracy for procurement and budgeting.

• Compile and finalize the complete ID Tender Packages and Construction Drawing Packages suitable for contractor bidding and site execution.

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and the in-house project team to ensure design intent and quality standards are maintained throughout the documentation and construction phases.

• Assist with site visits as needed to verify progress against issued construction drawings.

• Review and preparation of the shop drawings and as-built drawings.
