Skills Required: 3D modeling and rendering,AutoCAD,BOQ Analysis,BOQ Preparation,Electrical Design,LUMION,Plumbing Design,SketchUp,Structural Designing
Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 40 years
- Only Male
- Sound Knowledge on Imarat Nirman Bidhimala and Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC).
- Sound knowledge of English.
- Sound knowledge of Auto cad, Sketch up, Photoshop, 3ds max, Lumion, V-ray, MS Word, and MS Excel. (Must be highly skill in Auto CAD for Working Drawing).
- Sound knowledge of RAJUK sheet drawing.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Planning, design & decision making, preparing authority approval sheet, detailed working drawings.
- Prepare BOQ and specification as per the design drawing.
- Confirm adherence to construction specifications and safety-related electro-mechanical work, verifying calculation and placements.
- Proper planning for project specific information architecture by studying the site concept, strategy and target audience; envisioning architectural scheme, information structure and features, functionality and user-interface design; creating user scenarios, preparing data models, designing information structure, work and dataflow, conducting creative meetings with related stakeholders.
- Maintain correspondence with engineers, contractor & consultant farm.
- Monitor & supervise all the architectural issues of the company.
