• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
• Master of Architecture (M.Arch)
• Diploma in Architecture

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm, Interior Design

• Age 25 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Sound Knowledge on Imarat Nirman Bidhimala and Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC).
• Sound knowledge of English. 
• Sound knowledge of Auto cad, Sketch up, Photoshop, 3ds max, Lumion, V-ray, MS Word, and MS Excel. (Must be highly skill in Auto CAD for Working Drawing).
• Sound knowledge of RAJUK sheet drawing.

• Planning, design & decision making, preparing authority approval sheet, detailed working drawings.
• Prepare BOQ and specification as per the design drawing.
• Confirm adherence to construction specifications and safety-related electro-mechanical work, verifying calculation and placements.
• Proper planning for project specific information architecture by studying the site concept, strategy and target audience; envisioning architectural scheme, information structure and features, functionality and user-interface design; creating user scenarios, preparing data models, designing information structure, work and dataflow, conducting creative meetings with related stakeholders.
• Maintain correspondence with engineers, contractor & consultant farm.
• Monitor & supervise all the architectural issues of the company.
