The applicants should have experience in the following area: (Façade) Curtain
Glass Work.
Must be proficient in 2D, Auto CAD Drawing, 3D, Sketch Up.
MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
Knowledge about Façade design and Architectural materials is necessary.
Sound Knowledge (Commercial).
Excellent communication and professional interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Responsibilities & Context:
Project supervision, and detailed design (shop drawing) / drawing capabilities is required, Vast design experience and sufficient knowledge of raw materials.
Give preliminary & finally estimates on cost, overall budget and project delivery time.
To coordinate with the Architect/Engineer for Smooth Execution of the project.
To Preparing project BOQ, Work Schedule, materials requisition, materials QC & work QC.
Will be responsible for designing and complete project management from start to finish with submitted bill.
