Proven experience in coordinating large-scale residential project.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Lead architectural design development from concept through execution.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, MEP, interior, landscape, and external consultant teams.
- Review drawings, technical details, and documentation to ensure quality and compliance.
- Collaborate with site, sales, marketing, and management teams for successful project delivery.
- Conduct design reviews and resolve interdisciplinary coordination challenges.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure timely delivery of design outputs.
- Liaise with authorities, consultants, and stakeholders as required.
