∎ Skills Required: Analytical ability, Good Communication Skill (Bangla and English), Patience and Polite, Sincere and Honest, technically sound
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Logic ERP Software, Software Architect, Software Development, Software Implementation, Software Testing, Troubleshoot hardware and software.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies, IT Enabled Service, Multinational Companies, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyse the requirement and propose a technical solution taking in consideration the architecture of the system, performance and security.
∎ Develop quality software code with a strong ability of testing.
∎ Define and document technical specifications to implement projects, standalone software modification requests and reports.
∎ Follow Gildan software development life cycle (SDLC) methodology and standards for programming and documentation.
∎ Document functionality, support Business Analysts, troubleshoot and resolve ERP/application issues.
∎ Actively support all phases of implementation for small or big projects (Pre and Post implementation activities)
∎ On-call system support on a rotation basis after office hours and weekends
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience as an Application Developer with experience in analysis, programing, technical documentation (Java, C++, SSIS will be an asset);
∎ Experience of working in a complex environment;
∎ Ability to create clear and concise functional and technical documents;
∎ System and process oriented;
∎ Ability and desire to understand the system architecture, interfaces and business processes;
∎ Willing to learn new technologies;
∎ Strong analysis and problem-solving skills using a systematic approach to be able to solve complex problems;
∎ Good interpersonal skills and a desire to collaborate and share with others in a matrixed team environment whether in large projects or small development tasks;
∎ Meticulous and thorough in completion of tasks;
∎ Able to adapt to changing priorities;
∎ Written and oral skills in English.
