Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, or a related field
2-6 years of experience in apparel product development.
Strong expertise in tech pack creation and factory/vendor communication.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Ability to create and modify accurate flat sketches.
Solid knowledge of apparel categories, fabrics, trims, and garment construction.
Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Excellent English communication skills are mandatory, with the ability to interact
confidently with international stakeholders.

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a remote Apparel Product Developer to support end-to-end product development across sports-lifestyle and event merchandise.
This role focuses on technical execution, factory coordination and structured product development, while also contributing to product range development based on defined creative direction.
Workplace: Work from home
Work Schedule: 8:00 PM – 4:30 AM (Night Shift)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative Direction and Range Development
Develop product ranges based on creative direction provided by the team
Support research on trends, materials and competitive landscape
Translate concepts into cohesive and commercially viable collections
Measurement and Fit Documentation
Build and maintain size charts, grading rules and product measurement frameworks
Ensure consistency across styles and updates
Tech Pack Development
Create clear, production-ready tech packs for all styles
Include points of measure, grading, construction details, artwork placements and trim details
Ensure all tech packs are accurate, structured and easy for factories to execute
Vendor Instructions and QC Documentation
Create clear factory instructions for construction methods, stitching requirements and reinforcements
Develop QC checklists and tolerance guidelines
Factory Communication and Coordination
Manage day-to-day communication with factories via email and other communication channels
Clarify construction, measurements and artwork execution
Follow up on sampling timelines, required corrections and bulk readiness
Product Tracking and Documentation
Maintain a live tracker of all styles in development
Ensure timely follow-ups and clear status visibility
Organize all product files, spec sheets and revisions
Maintain clean and consistent documentation systems
Costing Coordination
Work with factories on initial costing and cost revisions
Support cost optimization through fabric, trim and construction inputs
