Freight forwarding, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Clearing & Forwarding (C&F) Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regularly visiting local factory & buying house for prepaid/collect business.
∎ Assist to develop business plan and Network strategy by Identify potential clients and products in accordance with business objectives of organization.
∎ Ensure weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting.
∎ Work closely with client's CRM to ensure clients satisfaction.
∎ Ensure collections are made within approved credit period.
∎ Ensure client's satisfaction by building relationship, on-time service and response.
∎ Constantly monitor market and competitors' status and act accordingly.
∎ Assist to develop and implement action plan with objectives and strategies to increase revenue from the right clients and right agents.
∎ Work closely with agents and update agent's system with market data as and when applicable.
∎ Prepare presentations for sending to clients and agents of respective trade lane.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Regular MS Office package.
∎ Know how on international freight forwarding terms & conditions.
∎ Local and International business laws.
∎ Strong knowledge on Airports and Sea ports laws, IATA, BAFFA, FIATA etc.
∎ Pricing and Costing Expertise.
