∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accountability- Customer Service
∎ Booking update in respective customer web portal.
∎ Approval checking via e-mail or system generated e-mails.
∎ Excess booking update & collecting approval from customer through system.
∎ Shipment approval sent to each and every shipper via e-mail.
∎ Sent ISF to all respective customers.
∎ Communicate with individual customer to organize their shipment and consolidate accordingly.
∎ Follow up with vendor & local buying house for late gate cargo.
∎ Preparing and sending vessel skd to customer.
∎ CRM log sheet update and sending it to CFS team.
∎ Carrier booking.
∎ Working on bkg. projection for all USEC and USWC bound shipment.
∎ Follow up with carrier and operation for equipment and space availability.
∎ Container loading report sending to all customers.
∎ Prepare profit and loss statements and authorize.
∎ Provide DSR & WSR to destination agent.
∎ Guiding team members on their regular tasks.
∎ Accountability- Sales
∎ Gaining export sales shipping and proceed the full customer service support.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
