Job Responsibilities:
∎ EGM submission in ASYCUDA SYSTEM will be a key task.
∎ Booking creation in SOL [shipment online]
∎ HBL creation in SOL system.
∎ HBL correction checking with supplier.
∎ Create ledger for each MBL no in SOL [Jon number creation].
∎ Master SI submission, in various carrier system [Inttra or other carrier own system].
∎ Create local invoice in SOL system.
∎ Create voucher in SOL system.
∎ Send all the HBL copy to Aps/Colombo (24 HRS) prior FDR vessel sailing] to file AMS.
∎ AMS submit suntek system.
∎ Master SI submission. MBL and AMS checking.
∎ Create IEX for each MBL [within 24 HRS after m/vessel sailing]
∎ Weekly 100% Follow-up with shipper and carrier for HBL and MBL release/surrender
∎ VGM in carrier system.
∎ Check vessel sailing information and send vessel selling confirmation to shipper before HBL print.
∎ Responsible to check the mail and timely update every time to shipper, agent, carrier and chittagong office.
∎ Take over if/when additional tasks given by manager for any customer's booking to POD.
∎ Documentation
∎ Responsible to check all the mail and timely update every to the shipper, agent, carrier and chittagong office.
∎ Create shipper booking in SO.
∎ Creating SOL load plan / adding vessel schedule in the system [SOL] as per carrier advice.
∎ Send load plan number to the CGP office for stuffing in SOL.
∎ After complete SOL stuffing, have to create all the house BL.
∎ Send HBL copy to shipper including the carrier shipment advise as per SOP.
∎ Do correction on the BL as per shipper request if any.
∎ Submit VGM, SI for the master to the carrier system.
∎ Create MBL in our SOL system.
∎ Create Ledger for each MBL no in SOL.
∎ Create JOB number by providing necessary information in SOL & update job file no.
∎ Create IEX for each MBL [within 24 HRS after fdr/vsl sailing]
∎ Transmit EDI file through SOL system.
∎ Prepare mail and send all the HBL copies to Colombo APS as per SOP to file AMS.
∎ Check each AMS with HBL & request to Colombo APS if any correction needed.
∎ Submit all the HBL data for the AMS in sunteks.com directly and also check with
∎ Carrier that are they do their part or not.
∎ Send vessel selling confirmation to shipper/buyer.
∎ Create cost voucher for each MBL
∎ Give BL print confirmation mail to CTG office for print the final HBL.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ MS Office Package
∎ Sol System, Intra system, carrier system, ASYCUDA SYSTEM etc
∎ Conversant with Documentation Software

Salary: Negotiable
