Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collect all relevant data from different information system for analyzing risks
∎ Assess the quality, completeness and correctness of all relevant data/information needed to analyze risk
∎ Highlight risky portfolio and deficiencies of the bank on timely manner
∎ Analyze data/information through preparation of paper named Monthly Risk Management Report (MRMR) & Comprehensive Risk Management Report (CRMR) etc.
∎ Prepare risk management reports and ensuring timely submission of risk management reports, meeting minutes, compliance report and other documents to the line supervisor(s)
∎ Arrange monthly meeting of ERMC and preparing meeting minutes
∎ Prepare & submit the Risk Based Capital Adequacy Report in line with Basel III to the regulatory authority & management of the Bank
∎ Ensure proper disclosure of key performance indicators of the bank via Pillar III of Basel III accords
∎ Prepare and submit the Internal Capital Adequacy Report (ICAAP) and place before the SRP Team, Board Risk Management Committee, Board of Directors and Bangladesh Bank
∎ Any other work / responsibility as and when assigned by the supervisor/Management of the Bank
