Job Context:
∎ Currently we are looking for an individual who will be responsible for managing Project Development & Coordination activities for one of our business units stationed at Dhaka.
∎ Job Functions: Accountability & Activity.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up the ongoing & upcoming projects / tenders
∎ Other official activities:
∎ Attending meetings.
∎ Follow up the project related file.
∎ Co-ordinate with the project for security passes and comply other regulatory issues.
∎ Co-ordinate with the Engineering, Finance, Security and other department, for the project related issues.
∎ To submit all the bills of projects and collection.
∎ Provide periodical report on payment related issues to Accounts Department, Head of Projects, Business Unit Head (BUH).
∎ Prepare and submit day to day work progress to project department and BUH
∎ Overall reporting to Director and MD
∎ To liaison with any other Govt. & non Govt. offices.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 + years' experience in relevant field will be preferred
∎ Good communication and writing skills.
∎ Proven experience in problem solving project planning
∎ Good proficiency in MS office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
∎ Familiarity with forecasting, data analysis and project budgeting.
