∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Proficiency in GDS platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre).
∎ Strong communication skills in English and Bengali.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
∎ Computer literacy (MS Office package, email, etc.).
∎ Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handle air ticket bookings and reservations (both domestic and international).
∎ Provide accurate fare quotes and issue tickets using GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.) & other air ticket management platforms.
∎ Assist customers with travel-related inquiries and provide itinerary solutions.
∎ Process re-issuance, refunds, date changes, and cancellations as per airline policies.
∎ Maintain customer records and manage follow-ups for reservation confirmations.
∎ Coordinate with airlines for ticket-related matters and schedule updates.
∎ Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a professional attitude.
