We are looking for a highly skilled AI/ML Developer to design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI features for enterprise applications. This role focuses on document extraction, intelligent data processing, and AI-powered content generation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Python, open-source LLMs, and integrating AI models into real-world enterprise systems.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement end-to-end AI features, including document parsing, data extraction, and natural language content generation.

Build, fine-tune, and deploy open-source Large Language Models (LLMs) such as LLaMA, Mistral, or similar, optimized for on-premise/local server deployment to ensure client data privacy.

Work extensively with Python and AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.

Develop RESTful APIs (e.g., using FastAPI) to connect AI models with front-end applications and client enterprise systems.

Collaborate closely with the Application Architect to design, test, and deploy AI tools that address specific high-value business challenges.

Optimize AI pipelines for speed, accuracy, and scalability in production environments.

Document technical processes and provide ongoing support for deployed AI solutions.

Qualifications:

5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3+ years in AI/ML.

Strong Python programming skills and proficiency with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.

Experience with fine-tuning LLMs and deploying models locally or in secure on-premise environments.

Hands-on experience with FastAPI or similar frameworks for API development.

Solid understanding of data preprocessing, vector databases, and embedding models.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with LangChain or other LLM orchestration tools.

Knowledge of OCR frameworks (Tesseract, PaddleOCR) for document extraction.

Experience with containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).

Understanding of GDPR and enterprise data privacy requirements.

Location Preference: Remote (open to all time zones, with some overlap with GMT hours)
