• Platforms: Odoo ERP, Zoho CRM, Zapier, HubSpot.

• AI & Development: ChatGPT API, LangChain, TensorFlow (optional), Python, RESTful APIs.

As part of our new business growth plan, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic The Assistant Manager – HRDM & Administration supports IPTEC’s transformation into a high-performance, digitally enabled organisation. The position combines Human-Resource Development & Management (HRDM) with operational administration—strengthening talent systems, leadership pipelines, and process efficiency that power IPTEC’s 2025–2030 “Good to Great” roadmap.

We need a strategic thinker who is also a hands-on manager, capable of executing sophisticated digital campaigns and delivering measurable results in a competitive, multicultural environment.

Role Summary:

We are looking for a skilled developer to build, deploy, and manage automation workflows, AI chatbots, and API integrations. Your work will be crucial in optimizing our digital marketing and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integrate Odoo/Zoho ERP systems with AI chatbots and CRM marketing workflows.

• Build sophisticated marketing automation scripts for lead scoring, email triggers, and audience segmentation.

• Develop and maintain data pipelines between marketing tools, CRM, and ERP systems.

• Identify and optimize repetitive business processes using AI and Python-based automation.
