• Diploma in Agriculture
• Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Agriculture
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Only Male

Candidates with strong communication skills,
proven expertise in corporate client handling, and
leadership abilities will be given preference.

• Supervise all landscaping and gardening works at project sites.

• Monitor plant health, watering, trimming, and soil conditions regularly.

• Communicate with clients to understand needs and provide horticultural solutions

• Prepare and submit site survey reports and maintenance updates.

• Lead and train gardener teams for daily operations and maintenance standards.

• Maintain discipline, attendance, and work performance of gardener teams.

• Process and submit gardener service bills and related documentation.

• Coordinate with the Head Office for project updates, materials, and billing support.

• Maintain proper site records, photos, and daily activity logs.

• Ensure eco-friendly, safe, and high-quality landscape maintenance in all projects.

• Salary Review: Yearly
• Festival Bonus: 2

Accommodation is available for Sirajganj-based positions, & transport costs will be provided for Dhaka-based positions as per company policy.
