Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture, Diploma in Engineering in Agriculture
∎ Skills Required: Agriculture Project, agro based farm, Agro Company Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Agribusiness, Agriculture Project, agro based farm, Agro Company Management, Field of Agriculture and Dairy Firm
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare operational plan budget for the Agro Project.
∎ Implement the project as per Plan & Budget with timeline.
∎ Provide training to farmers agricultural skills and techniques, including better ways of using pesticides.
∎ Asses & evaluate the prospect and potentials of a particular land.
∎ Develop and upgrade the land condition to a standard for a particular crop.
∎ Harvest & maintain the crops at particular standard in coordination with the agriculture expert available in the area.
∎ Delegate work to team members and keep them focused on the plan with allocating sufficient resources
∎ Recognize and solve potential problems and evaluate project effectiveness
∎ Liaison & maintain close relationship with stakeholder and local government Agricultural Office, independent bodies and authorities.
∎ Conduct regular visits, meetings, follow-up, guidance & evaluate activities.
∎ Prepare necessary documentation and reporting including financials, project reports, training reports and business reports etc.
∎ Ensure timely submission of daily/monthly/quarterly/annual reports & MIS to the reporting senior.
∎ Special Note: Frequent visit to Project (Faridpur, Manikganj, Savar, Gazipur etc)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 45 years
∎ Have to Practical Experience in Crop, Horticulture & Fisheries etc.
∎ Agro base Research, design new concept for product promotion .
∎ Preference will be given to experienced candidates working in the field.
∎ Must have the mentality to work from any Village are of Bangladesh.
∎ Experience on project coordination, management and implementation.
∎ Having experience of assessing and evaluating the prospect and potential of a particular land.
∎ Having capacity to develop or modify the land to a required standard for different crops.
∎ Having experience of identifying and selecting the future potentialities and suitability’s of different crops for a particular land.
∎ Having sufficient knowledge on harvesting using fertilizer and insecticides to maintain the crops at very good standard.
∎ Excellent working knowledge of computer applications like MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point).

∎ Negotiable
