∎ Minimum 4 years experience in Agriculture related project implementation.
∎ Liaison capacity with different donors and GO/ NGO Excellent computer skills (MS word, Excel, Power Point).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Facilitating and supervising the activities towards developing/managing extension services, demonstration, action research and viable income generating activities under ASHA project.
∎ Assess the activities related to crop production, management, marketing and knowledge of different officials and program participants to determine the training needs.
∎ Assist, facilitate and foster partnership with Federations/Groups to expand their economic base, productive assets, and employment opportunity for their family members.
∎ Monitoring the training, demonstrations, action research under Agricultural Coordination Unit and ensuring that concerned staff performed their tasks effectively.
∎ Identify possible technical issues arising out of the monitoring, which need attention, and design appropriate responses.
∎ Organize and coordinate different issue-based workshops and seminar for increasing influence on and access to right of poor people for sustainable livelihoods.
∎ Federation/group mobilization for saving.
