Experience:

• Diploma in Agriculture

• Diploma in Agriculture from any recognized institution.

• 3 to 5 years

• Age 26 to 35 years

• Should have sound knowledge of Good Agricultural Practices.

• Must have practical experience in agriculture and beautification-related activities.

• Should possess extensive knowledge of cultivation, plant selection, plantation, and horticultural maintenance.

• Ability to work effectively in rural field conditions.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

• Basic computer literacy including Internet, MS Office and email usage.

• Supervise agriculture and beautification work at Walton Farm House Project, Gossai Jowair.

• Plan and prioritize daily horticulture tasks based on urgency, season, and resources.

• Assign field tasks efficiently considering worker skills and equipment availability.

• Execute tree, shrub, flower plantation, and maintain indoor plants regularly.

• Ensure irrigation, pruning, fertilizing, pest control, and weed management.

• Maintain stock register and manage procurement of gardening tools and safety items.

• Oversee equipment upkeep to ensure smooth operations and prevent downtime.

• Guide gardening staff with technical advice and enforce PPE and safety measures.

• Communicate regularly with project staff and submit timely field reports.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as directed by senior or section in-charge.
