∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Candidates must have experience in Purchase and Procurement for Residential Project, Farm House, Agricultural Project, Agri Farm, Dairy Farm and Cattle Farm.
∎ Candidates having experience in Oracle Software will get preference.
∎ Practical Experience on Microsoft office Package and ERP Software.
∎ Work independently and have sufficient knowledge regarding Accounts, Finance, Musak, SRO, VAT & Tax laws & regulations.
∎ Strong communication and analytical skill.
∎ Ability to handle critical situation.
∎ Team player and target driven.
∎ Candidates must have experience in Purchase and Procurement for Residential Project, Farm House, Agricultural Project, Agri Farm, Dairy Farm and Cattle Farm.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare strategic plans for the improvement of local purchase maintaining the quality standard with a view to buy with lower price.
∎ To source quality suppliers for different materials and components based on effective specifications.
∎ Ensure the proper checking of purchase items against the requisition (as per specifications) to prevent the entry of unworthy/ unwanted/ low quality items.
∎ At times visit the shops in the marks and physically contact with the shopkeepers to gather real information about the market for checking all type purchases with the updated knowledge.
∎ To develop contract terms and negotiate a contract with suppliers ensuring best available practices of procurement.
∎ To source for direct and indirect materials relating to Agro Farm & Residential Project.
∎ To collect supplier’s quotations, industries, supply markets and sourcing best practices.
∎ Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.
∎ To prepare a budgetary report for material purchase and make monthly procurement report for management.
∎ Any other official task assigned by HOD/ In-charge.
