Responsibilities & Context:
- Lead team to set target markets, define action plans, and ensure effective implementation.
- Oversee overall sales performance and track department-level targets.
- Prepare and review departmental reports, analysis, forecasts, and strategic presentations.
- Manage day-to-day sales operations, ensure process compliance and operational excellence.
- Achieve departmental sales targets with full accountability.
- Optimize saleable inventory through coordination with other divisions.
- Lead recruitment, training, coaching, and development of the sales team.
- Inspire and motivate team members; review daily activities and accountability.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of sales agreements.
- Oversee availability of all essential sales tools and resources.
- Conduct advanced market analysis and develop strategic responses.
- Maintain strong liaison with financial institutions and key clients.
- Design, propose, and execute sales campaigns targeting lead generation.
