∎ Age at least 38 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead entire quality team (both QA & QC) to ensure consistent production quality
∎ Oversee and manage all aspects of quality control and operational excellence within the factory
∎ Develop and implement effective plan that ensures minimum involvement of time, manpower and other resources to ensure quality of the garments delivered to the buyers are 100% in line with requirement
∎ Analyze factory production/quality data in order to take immediate corrective actions
∎ Conduct pre-production, in-line, and final inspections ensuring acceptable AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standard
∎ Communicate with buyers/stakeholders and address quality-related queries and issues logically and effectively
∎ Arrange training/mentorship for team mates on updated inspection techniques and standards
∎ Communicate with production, merchandising, and technical teams to resolve quality issues promptly
∎ Set department objective as well as individual KPI as well as regular follow up the data
∎ Ensure proper documentation & reporting as well as reliability of data
