Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and develop an effective team of QA & QC staff who are responsible for all quality-related assignments/issues.
∎ Develop and improve existing QC systems to meet international standards and ensure production outputs align with company specifications.
∎ Control and ensure the quality of sewing, finishing, and packing as per customers' preconditions.
∎ Liaison with the buyers regarding major quality issues Identify quality issues and analyze complex problems; recommend and implement preventive and corrective actions.
∎ Monitor and support the quality issues and communicate with the audit and pre-inspection teams. Control, execute, and ensure the projected budget as per the company plan.
∎ Analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish the quality and reliability objectives of the finished product.
∎ Check daily reports analyze and provide feedback for corrective and productive action. Supervise subcontract-related garment production and quality.
∎ Maintain effective communications with members of the buying, merchandising and production, planning, CAD, and some other departments.
∎ Ensure safety, quality,, and compliance activities in the workplace.
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time. Develop training materials and provide training to all concerns regularly.
∎ Evaluate staff performance, ensure floor discipline, zero NC, identify training needs, and manage their career development.
∎ Setting KPI for Quality Department.
