Experience:
Design structural elements for buildings and infrastructure.
Perform structural analysis for load-bearing capacity (dead, live, wind, seismic loads).
Select suitable construction materials (concrete, steel, timber, etc.).
Prepare and review structural drawings and specifications.
Ensure structural designs comply with relevant codes and standards.
Supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to structural plans.
Inspect site conditions and resolve technical issues during construction.
Ensure quality control of materials and workmanship.
Approve reinforcement details, concrete mix designs, etc.
Conduct site visits and inspections as required.
Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and project managers.
Prepare structural calculation reports and design documentation.
Submit drawings and documents for regulatory approval.
Support cost estimation and structural budgeting.
Maintain detailed records of design changes and construction progress.
Use structural analysis and design software (e.g., STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAP2000).
Draft and model using AutoCAD, Revit, or other CAD/BIM tools.
