Experience:
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
Bachelor`s degree in Electro-mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience related to standards & codes like, BNBC 2020, NFPA, RSC will be preferred.
Must have good knowledge on Auto CAD
Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker
Positive work ethics and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities
Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives
Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for periodic and scheduled maintenance of all electrical, mechanical, and power equipment of the factory.
Ensure periodic & scheduled preventive maintenance of Boiler, Generator, Transformer, Fire Safety System & all other electrical & mechanical equipment of factory.
Responsible to ensure optimum utilization of energy (power, air, steam, gas, etc.) and measure units of utilities outsourced, produced, utilized, and waste through monthly reporting.
Ensure zero downtime through preventive maintenance and relevant reporting.
Prepare SOP for maintenance of plant & machinery and utility installations of the factory.
Monitor & supervise all the utility issues such as air compressor, Gas / Diesel generator, water pump, workshop, steam boiler, washing machine, Effluent Treatment Plant, electrical issues relevant to Fire Safety System etc.
Ensure proper monitoring & follow-up routine for scheduled maintenance including breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting maintenance, etc.
Achieve operational objectives of electrical / mechanical engineering by contributing electrical & mechanical engineering information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews, preparing, and completing action plans.
Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems, equipment and components in different work place to identify hazards, defects and the need for adjustment or repairing to ensure compliance with codes.
Minimize NPT (Non-Productive Time) at a minimum level. Enhance optimum efficiency of all electrical, Mechanical & power equipment.
Any other job as may be assigned by the management from time to time.
