Fabric Knitting, Knit garments, Knitting Production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and coordinate knit production operations and ensure compliance within the established production schedules, standard costs, specifications.
∎ Production planning on the basis of shipment schedule, per day work load and on the T & A.
∎ Monitoring the product developments.
∎ Ensure on time supply of knitted grey to dyeing section
∎ Responsible for developing, directing and coordinating material planning activities that support the production process
∎ Prepares and monitoring budget, variance analysis and establishes for company goals.
∎ He should capable for Evaluate of staffs and employees.
∎ Lead safety, quality and compliance activities in work place to ensure zero Non Compliance.
∎ Monitor report on production, maintenance, people, quality, safety, consumption, monthly stock, and production cost.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years' experience as a same position in Compliance base knit Garment factory.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization.
∎ Must have excellent spoken and writing skills both in English and Bengali
∎ Leadership Quality with positive attitude & having ability to take decision Independently.
∎ Organizing & Managing ability with problem solving ability.
∎ Sound Job Knowledge & Skillfulness.
∎ Management / Leadership Quality.
