Skills Required: Retired Commissioned Officers from Bangladesh Army
Additional Requirements:
- Age 35 to 50 years
- Only Male
Retired Major or equivalent rank from Armed Forces (Army/Navy/Air Force) preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee and manage overall factory administrative functions including security, transport, canteen, housekeeping and compliance.
Ensure discipline, safety, regulatory compliance (fire safety, labor law etc.) within factory premises.
Maintain liaison with local authorities like labor office, environment department, police, fire service etc.
Lead a team of admin staff, providing supervision, training and performance monitoring.
Plan, implement administrative policies, systems and procedures to support smooth operations.
Monitor and control factory utilities (electricity, water, gas) to ensure cost efficiency and uninterrupted service.
Coordinate emergency responses and crisis management plans (fire, health emergencies, etc.).
Maintain effective labor-management relations, handle grievance issues in coordination with HR.
