• Retired Major or equivalent rank from Armed Forces (Army/Navy/Air Force) preferred.

• Oversee and manage overall factory administrative functions including security, transport, canteen, housekeeping and compliance.

• Ensure discipline, safety, regulatory compliance (fire safety, labor law etc.) within factory premises.

• Maintain liaison with local authorities like labor office, environment department, police, fire service etc.

• Lead a team of admin staff, providing supervision, training and performance monitoring.

• Plan, implement administrative policies, systems and procedures to support smooth operations.

• Monitor and control factory utilities (electricity, water, gas) to ensure cost efficiency and uninterrupted service.

• Coordinate emergency responses and crisis management plans (fire, health emergencies, etc.).

• Maintain effective labor-management relations, handle grievance issues in coordination with HR.
