∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Any kinds of plastic factory, Factory Operation, FMCG Production, Industrial production, Multinational, Production in Printing and Packaging Industry., Production of Toiletries and Hygiene Products.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Packaging Industry, Paper, Pharmaceuticals, Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Toiletries
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Determining, negotiating and agreeing in-house quality procedures, standards and/or specifications
∎ Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met
∎ Specifying quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers
∎ Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standards
∎ Working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, systems and procedures
∎ Determining training needs
∎ Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance/quality
∎ Recording analyzing and distributing statistical information
∎ Monitoring performance
∎ Supervising technical or laboratory staff
∎ Support & oversee all the quality matters of group
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years

∎ English communication skill is must

∎ Able to work in a team
∎ Knowledge on TPM,5S,Kaizen is required
∎ Possessing positive attitude
∎ Capable to handle multiple tasks & able to work under pressure
