∎ Graduation/Masters.
∎ B.Sc in Textile in any reputed university will be preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Marketing, Production/ Operation Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The applicant must have strong knowledge about production as well as on marketing, Sales & Sourcing new customers for all over printing.
∎ Achieve targeted production & business volume. Also lead the team with an efficient and effective way to attain targets.
∎ Introducing & implementing marketing strategies to establish successful marketing platform.
∎ Sound knowledge about costing, consumption, quality & technical aspects.
∎ Set & achieve monthly, quarterly, half yearly & yearly strategic marketing target for Printing.
∎ Have proper knowledge on printing production including flatbed machine operating system.
∎ Well experience in dealing with customers, suppliers & parties concerned.
∎ Offer price to customers, presentation of samples and response to query, rate negotiation, order confirmation, sales contract L/C opening, acceptance & resolving after delivery dispute.
∎ To develop and maintain customer requirements, Plan & set up sales network.
∎ To analyze the market and survey its potentiality. Also emphasize service and promote positive relation.
∎ To be able to create new clients and to maintain good business relation with the existing clients.
∎ Develop & follow up samples and production with a high degree of personal responsibility.
∎ Co-ordinate product management and/or cost reduction projects with internal and external resources to achieve results.
∎ Closely monitor and analyze sales volumes, market share trends and competitive activity.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related result as needed.
∎ Maintain full process of order processing from order receive to deliver and document to payment collection.
∎ Follow-up the delivery status.
∎ Correspondence with the prospective clients.
∎ To attain the customer complain & Satisfactions.
∎ Meeting customers regularly and ensure them a satisfactory service even after sales completed.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
